Full Recipe: Bolognese Garlic Baguettes

Serving Size

1/4 Bolognese Mix
1/2 Garlic Baguette

Ingredients

  • 1 medium stick of Celery
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1/2 Medium brown onion
  • 250g Low fat Beef Mince
  • 400g (1 tin) of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Black pepper
  • 1 Beef stock cube
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Garlic Baguette
  • 25g Grated Cheese

Recipe

Finely dice your Celery, Carrot and Onion.
Add these, along with the Beef Mince, Chopped Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Garlic Paste, Dried Oregano, Salt, Pepper and Beef stock cube to your Slow Cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 6 hours.
Add and mix the Worcestershire sauce at the end.
Now you have your Bolognese mix, this will allow you to make 4 Servings. The bolognese can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days after cooled, or is freezable for longer!
Cut your garlic baguette down the center, lengthways and then in half, air fry for 3 minutes at 180 degrees.
Load up 1/4 of the mixture into the baguette and top with cheese.
Air fry this for a further 4 minutes at 200 degrees.
